How to report
Send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] with the subject line DMCA notice. Under the law, your notice needs to include the following.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say was infringed.
- The exact web address of the material on our site you want removed.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email so we can reach you.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
What we do
When we receive a complete notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and make a reasonable effort to tell the business that posted it.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We may restore the material as the law allows.
Repeat infringers
We will remove listings from businesses that repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
